• Consultation Required: All Panchakarma therapies and treatments are prescribed only after a thorough Ayurvedic consultation. We reserve the right to modify or decline a treatment if it is not suitable for your health condition.
• Cancellation: Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Punctuality: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session duration.
• Contraindications: It is your responsibility to inform our practitioners of any existing medical conditions, allergies, medications, or health concerns before your treatment begins.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment for consultations and treatments is due at the time of service unless a prior arrangement has been made.
• We accept cash, UPI, and other payment methods as indicated at our center.
• Prices for treatments and packages are subject to change without prior notice. The current prices will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• Package fees paid in advance are non-refundable unless the service cannot be provided due to reasons on our part.
