What Is the Mann Shuddhi Package?
In Ayurveda, the mind (Manas) is governed by three qualities — Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas. Excess Rajas causes restlessness, anxiety, and overthinking, while excess Tamas leads to depression, lethargy, and mental fog. Stress and modern lifestyle aggravate Vata and Pitta in the nervous system (Majja Dhatu), disrupting sleep, mood, and cognitive function. The Mann Shuddhi package uses targeted Shirobhyanga, Shirodhara, and Nasya therapies to pacify Prana Vata and Sadhaka Pitta — the governing energies of mental function.
